• Lead a 14-person engineering team across backend, frontend, and DevOps in a flat structure with no intermediate management layer.
• Define and drive technical strategy for a cloud-native communication platform serving enterprise contact centres across Europe.
• Led platform infrastructure programme covering 5 production swarms, 200 tenants, and 5,000 containers across 35 servers.
• Drove compliance programme achieving ISAE-3402 Type I and Type II in collaboration with the CISO.

Project management and time tracking SaaS for professional services firms. Venture-backed; grew from ~24 to 120 employees, right-sized to 75 during tenure.

• Stepped in as Acting CTO during a critical leadership transition (Oct 2022), maintaining delivery continuity across 28 engineers with no disruption; formally appointed CTO in Jan 2023.
• Led a team of 2 team managers and 28 engineers; owned stakeholder alignment with Customer Success and Product Management.
• Drove product engineering transformation, introducing Cagan/Empowered methodologies and elements of Shape Up.
• Expanded automation and control of the customer product lifecycle through purpose-built internal tooling (Account Portal, TCAM).
